Morning Yoga Classes

Connie McNamee has eight years experience in teaching Hatha Yoga. She trained in the Satyananda tradition of yoga at the Mangrove Mountain Satyananda Centre, near the Central Coast. She has also enhanced her yogic experiences by further studies and travels in India.

Classes are held year round on the deck overlooking the ocean pool at Wylies Baths. The shade canopy shelters us from all weather conditions but does not curtail the inspiring views.

The classes are casual and are suitable for everyone - just come along! Yoga mats are for sale at $25 (some spares). After the class (if you like), stay for a refreshing swim then relax with a cuppa and toastie from the Wylies kiosk. We also do volunteer bushcare at Wylies nature strip (supported by Randwick Council), on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month following the yoga class, swim and cuppa, at 9.30am.
