Morning Yoga Classes

Connie McNamee has 11 years experience in teaching Hatha Yoga. She holds a Dip of Satyananda Yoga Teaching (level 2) from the Mangrove Mountain Satyananda Centre. She has also enhanced her yogic experiences by further studies and travels in India.

Nicky West began studying and practicing yoga over 20 years ago. She specialises in Hatha Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Over the past 8 years she has taught extensively
in Sydney, London and Europe. Her professional background is in performance.

Classes are held year round on the deck overlooking the ocean pool at Wylies Baths. The shade canopy shelters us from all weather conditions but does not
curtail the inspiring views.

All levels welcome, classes are suitable for everyone, bring your mat (some spares) and just come along! Yoga mats are for sale at $28.

After the class you can enjoy a refreshing swim, then relax with a cuppa from Wylies kiosk, no time limit on your stay.

 

Autumn/Winter Schedule of Classes
Mon 9.30 – 10.30 am = Nicky
Tues 9.00 – 10.00 am = Nicky (Yin)
Wed 9.00 – 10.15 am = Connie
Fri 7.30 – 8.45 am = Connie

Connie teaches Hatha, Satyananda style.
Nicky teaches Hatha Vinyasa, flowing yoga.
